Hosting other visitors to Lopez

Affordable housing on Lopez is a scarce commodity with both long term and short term rentals in high demand. Often, arts and educational organizations request no-cost housing for their visiting presenters. Other organizations also bring students to Lopez for internships under various programs like construction or farming. Alder Row is able to provide this essential housing with the unique ability to host multi-member groups in the same place. This kind of support not only strengthens relationships with our fellow arts organizations in the community, but is another way to directly support the appreciation and cultivation of the arts on a wider scale.
